By attending a Blackout Volleyball Club session, you agree to:
Participation in volleyball sessions is at your own risk. Blackout Volleyball Club accepts no liability for injuries sustained during sessions, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend that participants have their own personal accident insurance.
Session fees are £7 per person per session unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made in cash at the session or via bank transfer by prior arrangement.
We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in a permanent ban from sessions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
